I received a crown at this location three weeks later Ive developed an infection in my jaw bone and the company is trying to charge me $1300 to remove the infection from My Jaw bone and I am fully covered by Medi-Cal. Ive called Medi-Cal to to verify my coverage they told me I should not have to pay $1300 to remove this infection from My Jaw bone this company Has been scamming me. Ive always paid one dollar co-pay which is incorrect. I should not be pay co-pay if I have medi-cal

I don't even know where to start. Sadly been going to this place since 2019. I have had so much work done and yet they have messed up a few times. Drained my pocket. Always want money and pressuring you to spend money. Kept me waiting for hours and hours while in pain. Went two years with out going there. Recently came back for check up and all of a sudden I need more work done. Oh did I mention they did work on the wrong side of my mouth. Yeah read the reviews. Stay away

So I called and asked if they take my insurance, they said yes. I told them my dentist will send a referral for services. I needed a root canal and crown. They said I would have to see their dentist before they made the appointment with the endodontist at their office. My dentist called and talked to them and found out their endodontist doesn't take my insurance, and I would have to pay him even though he is working in their office. This dental office with the dentist who are brothers, Harry and Johnny Nigoghosian are crooks. The blatenly overcharge patients by using the wording "No Decay" to attempt to get away with charging patients as costmetic work. I had a back molar tooth #18 that had a crack. They showed me the crack and said I needed a crown. My co-pay per insurance was $60.00,. but they charged me $1041.00. They claimed there is no decay on the took therefore it is cosmetic. I came for just a dental consultation and I was deceived, mislead and coerced and was forced to take the treatment after they submitted various loans applications without warning or asking me. So, when forced to take the treatment after being bullied and pressured and threatened that if I don’t take the treatment I would loose lots of money and will not have any work done. These people maybe want to practice on you to learn how to become a dentist. I don't know what they are doing at this place. I came with full confidence thinking this place knew what they were doing. Most unprofessional system and work to take care of people. Defiantly not in a timely manner. And no follow up to check their work. They messed up 3 root canals not 1, not 2, but 3 very badly might I add. Had to get literal surgery so the infection didn't spread to other areas of my head..
