UPholdings' housing developments here in central California are beautiful, high-quality, and are helping our local unhoused residents with both permanent housing and support services. I am grateful they are now building here in the Central Valley - we need more PSH with this higher level of standard.
From my experiencethe department building on 126.South-central is horrible.They move anybody in the building from drug addicts the gang members. They can't keep nobody in the office like management Every few months there's a different manager so you can't get the load on. my apartment flooded 6 timesin 2024 The building vandalized repeatedly People in the Hallways Sleep. At management does nothing about it. But they continu tell you to go up on the rent.
I have been living here going on two years and every property manager quits due to the garbage management team of Upholdings LLC. Starting from Kelly Brown and Lawanda Moore. They sit behind their desks harassing the tenants through emails and calls if you're late with the rent. They lose paperwork and expect you to conjure up the documents that you originally submitted to them a year ago. Then Kelly Brown threatens to raise your rent to full market value due to THEIR MISTAKE!! She threatens and harasses you to the point of ... read more
