Tim and Brooke Torres at Upgrade did an amazing job replacing my air conditioner. They are both honest and they took great care to make sure everything was right! I would highly recommend Tim and Brooke Torres at Upgrade
Tim installed our mini split system. He is very knowledgeable and made sure we understood all options available while keeping within our budget. He is very responsive, timely, and coordinated the install with our contractor so the process was seamless. We received the highest level of customer service and would highly recommend Upgrade to anyone.
