Tim installed our mini split system. He is very knowledgeable and made sure we understood all options available while keeping within our budget. He is very responsive, timely, and coordinated the install with our contractor so the process was seamless. We received the highest level of customer service and would highly recommend Upgrade to anyone.
I wanted to say that some people go above and beyond and Tim definitely is that person. He was wonderful in a situation that was such a drag and he made the process smooth and easy. I recommend his work and his work ethic is impeccable!
We highly recommend Tim for any services needed whether it's Air Condition or Quiet Cool Whole House Fan, he is the man! He was professional, friendly, and he did an amazing job. He was such a pleasure. I would absolutely call him again if any future needs arise.
