I strongly recommend Jacob and Upgrade CA. I've worked with A LOT of contractors over the years and rarely, if ever, have I found somebody who is candid, communicates well, shows up when they say they will, and performs quality work at a reasonable cost. Definitely worth giving him a call for your next project - especially ADUs.

2 months behind on my kitchen /wet bar remodel. Cabinets provided not cabinets agreed on, then damaged during installation.
