I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was kept waiting for an extended period of time on my stylist. Also I was not able to use the store gift card at the extension bar, when the manager had previously mentioned that this could be done. What is the point of gift card if we cannot use at the store extension bar? I will not be returning, I would not recommend, quite frustrating and such an unprofessional experience overall.

I would rate zero stars if I could. They advertise the stylist only takes “days” for turnaround time and it’s been 2 months. Communication is non existent. It says in description the knots would be bleached. They are not. The wig looks NOTHING like my inspo pic. I wanted a refund and they refused. I could get this exact same hair from SHEIN. I would not recommend this place solely based on the fact that you can’t reach anyone therefore where is the customer service? Unanswered emails, dms, and comments for weeks is absolutely ridiculous. Also there’s no phone number to reach them that I could find.
