awful cars. shady business. waste of my time
Claudia was extremely unprofessional and seemed completely uninformed about the vehicles on the lot. When I asked reasonable questions, she became defensive and accused me of being “protective” of the car. She wasn’t even aware that one of their vehicles had a new engine installed over seven months ago (this car was on their lot FOR FIVE MONTHS) which is VERY concerning for someone in sales as I also set this appointment three days prior. Very shady dealership. Warranty is rated 2/5 stars with terrible customer service. READ READ READ REVIEWS!! They sell cars that do not work and then refuse to fix them after hiding codes like the POS's they are. Claudia has a terrible attitude.

Upgrade auto sale was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with my new car buying process. My partner and I are first time buyers with very little credit history. so we were pretty discouraged but mark one of the finance reps there at upgrade auto was amazing.
