Dallas and Andy came out and ran new AC line set after moving my AC unit to the back of my home as requested. They were both pleasant and professional and took time to answer my questions. I was impressed by their transparency by telling me that due to the colder temperatures topping off the system would not be very effective but they made sure it worked and that the AC was functional.
