We called Upfront to install a microwave that vented to the outside. They came first to see if what we were asking was feasible. With a green light, we went ahead and purchased a microwave that had convertible venting. Then Jose and his assistant showed up the next day and installed our microwave. They were professional and completed the job in a timely manner. They answered questions I had about installation. They cleaned up afterwards and then showed me the work they had completed. What a great company! Josh was out there within the hour and had the problem resolved quickly . They were courteous, friendly, customer oriented, and very fair in their pricing. They did not try to upsell, which is appreciated.

Mike was amazing came in gave us the bid. (Leakinging tub faucet) Said he was booked out for the day, but still made time to find the part needed and returned same day to install it. Price very reasonable, amazing service and staff. Highly recommend ask for Mike we will for all our future needs.

I didn’t actually use this service but I keep getting calls and texts from their number for whatever reason. *updated review! I did actually use this service, 6 months ago and I’m just now getting asked for a review. My bad it was so long ago that I didn’t remember. But someone graciously called me today to remind me of the service I did receive, which was 10 minutes long and cost me $350. Luckily I’ve been unsubscribed from communications from now!

Very friendly. Fair price. Great service.i worked with DeMarcus. He arranged to come out the next day. He assessed the problem with my furnace. He was able to have the installers out the very next day to replace the furnace. The price they charged was beyond fair and the workmanship was superb.
