Don’t even think about it. Never. We spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on a new home only to have numerous issues only 2 years later. Our whole neighborhood constantly has issues. Spend your money somewhere else.
I own a home in the highlands community and every house on my street and others behind me are having issues with concrete settling a year after our warranty expires. We were quoted 7 grand to fix our driveway and our front walkway. Updwell is refusing to do anything.
This company is amazing! Guy helped us build our dream home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We would 10/10 recommend Updwell Homes, to anyone who’s looking to buy a home. These homes are by far the most affordable and energy sufficient on the market.
