I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a new home for you and your family. Megan has made my move so easy and simple. Her communicating is outstanding. The maintenance team is amazing. Any small request was addressed the very next day. So if you need a new home please check them out. You won't regret it! Thank you guys so much for your help and all you have done for me. I can finally live comfortable in my new home without any issue or concerns!!! Best property management I've had in years.
With regard to real estate assistance, I can always rely on Updegraff Management. I exclusively suggest utilizing their real estate company because I recently relocated to Rochester. I sincerely appreciate their dedication and time in helping me accomplish my objectives. Each member was really kind, supportive, and cooperative. I rented a house from them. During the initial viewing, I specifically asked about rodent issues, and they said it has never been an issue there. They lied. The place was a rodent hotel. During about a one year period I caught 15+ rats, 20+ mice, and 7 bats (released the bats). Initially, I made requests for over a month until they sent an incompetent exterminator who was able to catch only one rat, and that was it. They never addressed the issue properly.
