Either this company is nothing but scam artists, or they are just totally dishonest and devoid of human decency and morals. My husband and I contacted them through a Zillow listing about a townhouse they were offering to rent. I inquired about credit score, income requirements, utility expenses and pet rules and deposits. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a new home for you and your family. Megan has made my move so easy and simple. Her communicating is outstanding. The maintenance team is amazing. Any small request was addressed the very next day. So if you need a new home please check them out. You won't regret it! Thank you guys so much for your help and all you have done for me.
