Found myself in a jam with a newborn at home and the hot weather approaching. Reached out to Update and they were able to send out a technician the very next morning. We were able to agree on terms and my new unit was installed that same day. Couldn’t be more satisfied with their service and staff. They’re reasonable and pleasant to do business with. Will ONLY use Update for my household repair needs going forward.

Live review: Currently Chris and Conner have been at my house all day (6 hours or so at this point) to replace my HVAC system, furnace and AC. The previous install was horrid, even my eyes could see that much. They are going above and beyond. They've had to leave to the hardware store to get raw materials that you don't normally need (plyboard that they happily cut and caulked to prevent leaks) and to machine some odd shaped duct work at their shop. Frank came the same day and even earlier than predicted. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our side-by-side refrigerator/freezer and had the unit running well under an hour. I was delighted with all aspects of his service, plus he was very polite and professional. I strongly recommend him.
Tim came to do maintenance on our unit. He was courteous and knowledgeable and respectful and handle the job efficiently and most of all he was equipped with his PPE gears before entering our home. We would definitely like to have him return for future services
