I have used Update Heating/Cooling services for over 20 years. I have been pleasantly impressed by the quality of service, timeliness of response, and friendly attitude of staff. Recently, during a summer heat-wave, I found our A/C was out of service. One phone call, and 3 hours later, the service crew had finished repairs! Staff (Office and field staff) have always been friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Update for HVAC needs.
