When other storage facilities didn't answer their phones, Upcountry Self Storage answered immediately and were super friendly and so easy to work with in setting up our storage unit. All done virtually, it was convenient and fast. A positive experience for sure!!

Very convenient payment system - all online. You can easily track your bills and unit. The owner is very responsive and easy to get in touch with.
Convenient, great price and service.
The owner was very accommodating and kind. Called him after hours because we forgot our code, he looked it up and kindly shared it with us and when I apologized said that was his job. Exceptional service and very very nice people.
