If i could rate as no stars i would. very condescending staff and office manager. couldn't even answer questions about a referral status. they acted like i should be "honored" to speak with them.
Dr. Upchurch is a fantastic endocrinologist. I’ve been seeing him for years and appreciate the time he takes to speak with me and understand my concerns. That said, the scheduling and administration at Tryon Medical Partners is a nightmare. Reaching someone on the phone to schedule or reschedule an appointment routinely takes over an hour.
I have gone to see this doctor for 3 years and I really like him a lot. He is so easy to talk to. We talk about all kinds of things and some medical talk but not much. It is wonderful to be happy to see a doctor. He is so very nice. He is the same age as my son too. I was there today and ask him how he met his wife and he told me the sweetest story about him sitting beside her at a wedding, she was there with someone else and so was he and now they have two children.i really enjoy going to my appointments.
