We hired Upasana for selling our 2 bedroom townhome in Milpitas. She did an excellent job from the day-1. She recommended us what to upgrades and when/what to price the home. DISINGENUOUS, LIAR, AVOID UPASANA!! Read on... Upasana is one of the most disingenuous people I have met. I was a first time buyer and I found a new condo to purchase online and a friend recommended Upasana, so I reached out to her to be my realtor. She did not assist one bit in the purchase (what kind of creditors to choose for the mortgage, how to negotiate with creditors, what other potential houses to look at etc).
