Natalie has a wonderful gentle bedside manner, and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Plus it’s a Beautiful clean stylish office with a inviting professional and comfortable environment. There’s easy booking, payment options and confirmations. My wife Mercy and I love Natalie and Upala Rose and encourage everyone to go.
Upala Rose is the most beautiful healing sanctuary, and Natalie is an incredibly gifted and intuitive practitioner. I recently tried the new Mini Holistic Facial, and Natalie packed so much TLC into that hour. I left with glowing skin, and feeling fully relaxed and cared for, mind, body, and skin.
Natalie is the best! and super knowledgeable in her field. No words can really describe the sort of care, loveliness and attentiveness that Natalie embodies, but all I can say, is that I very much look forward to walking into the Upala space each week since my very first visit! She completely and totally looks after you from the moment you walk in, to the moment you walk out. Not to mention - I sleep like a baby for days after each treatment! Thank you so much!🙏

Natalie was kind, compassionate, and professional over the phone and I appreciated how she involved her family in the business and made sure of its priority in her life. I just got a treatment from Natalie for chronic neck pain and new leg pain from sitting too much in a bad chair at work. She was very thorough, and address both problems during the visit. My neck felt instantly better, she did dry needling on it, and I was so impressed. She also worked on the whole side of my body for my leg, and I will definitely be going regularly for more treatment.
