I spent a week in San Diego and focused this trip on my mental and physical wellness. I chose to focus on my Lymphatic System (super highway of toxins) vs deep muscle work. Barbara and the team were lovely, great energy and cute studio. I didn’t know what to expect and got the MLD and it was very relaxing which was needed as a new mom! Next time I’m going to try the Brazilian
Barbara was incredible. I have felt 1000 times lighter. Never do I feel relaxed during a massage but as my first lymphatic massage it exceeded all my expectations.
