Everything—estimate, planning, execution, cleanup, quality assurance, and speed—was flawless. I have hired and worked with many different contractors and companies, and no one comes close to the level of professionalism and skill of Dimitri and the team. I would be comfortable hiring Up & Up Roofing to fix a roof at a random location without ever visiting the site and know it will be done flawlessly.

We were a bit nervous because the work was started with rain forecast off and on for the duration. But Freddes and Aaron were very methodical and always finished each day with the roof in a waterproof state. They were meticulous in their work, answered all of my questions, and were happy to satisfy my requests. Dmitri was very helpful with providing quotations and overall we found their pricing to be competitive. I would use them again if the need arose.
