I am the building official for a municipality that has several city owned buildings. We have had Up Top Roofing complete two membrane roofing projects for us over the last couple of years. We could not be happier with the results. They have been very prompt, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process, and very affordable as well.
I was especially impressed by Up Top Roofing's ease of communication, attention to detail, and speed of execution. I was dealing with an active leak from a badly cracked flat roof on a commercial building, and they squeezed me in immediately, before rains were predicted to hit the following week. The finished job looks great and comes with a 10-year warrantee.
Up Top Roofing put a new roof over my cleanroom after heavy rain flooded the facility. It was an exceptional experience in what was, otherwise, not a great situation. Their responsiveness and communication were particularly noteworthy. I highly recommend.
Fantastic new roof! JR and the install team were great. Very professional, fast, and super quality job! We love our new roof!
