WHAT A JOKE... I'm not paying this bill since you won't answer the phone or even leave a message. I'll make sure to extend the same courtesy when you try to reach me for payment.

The billing department has no idea how to submit a bill to insurance for payment. IE bills denied by VA CC for no referral number, no patient I’d , from doctors are denied. Instead of contacting dr they wait months then send an outrageous amount owed to the patient for payment. I’m sorry they can’t do their jobs properly but I am not going to send them a penny.

Received an invoice from them which was separate from all my other St Francis Mychart bills. I paid the bill by sending them a check from my HSA account directly to their PO box. 2 months later I received another bill for the same amount, so I called Upstate Pathology--they said they never received the check. I then had to get a copy of the check to prove to them that they deposited it and called them back. The check has their stamp on it. The fellow in "billing" has no email address so he cannot receive a copy of the check ... read more

In reading all the other reviews I am deeply concerned about the legitimacy of this business. After I received their bill, I had a check cut from my HSA and sent to them. 2 months later I got another bill. Called them and they said they never got the check. I got a copy of the check and cannot even email it to them because they have NO EMAIL address! One phone number and only one person working in this office! How can this be a functioning and legitimate business?

Like all the other reviews...sent a bill for over $800 when I got an EOB from insurance stating my portion is $36. Service was rendered in May. Bill was received in July. It is now October, and this issue has still not been resolved. On hold well over 20 mins every time I call, but I am currently headed toward the 50 minute mark waiting on hold to talk to someone. Next time we will refuse service for anyone using Upstate Pathology and go somewhere else. Thankfully, this is an option for us.
