Dont use this guy. I wanted to save money because the company that was calibrating my meters for years went up in price and my new boss wanted to cut corners. I called Upstate to come and calibrate a couple of Isco flow meters at my plant. I have to say, you get what you pay for. Cheap prices get you cheap work This guy didn't know how to change paper on the meters, and refused to do any maintenance or repairs that would be necessary. He's not factory certified, and has no experience calibrating meters. Don't use him.
