I think I found my lost family at Up Spa. This place have some of the most caring and fascinating personalities. Each of them invest a great deal into each patient/customer. Ashley the manager made me feel at home the minute I stepped foot into the spa. Natalia have an abundance knowledge of post surgery and hands that were made for healing. I’ve gotten massages before but nothing like this. I’m convinced Lisa’s hands are made of gold. The level of care is priceless! I found my home.
Really nice experience all around at this new day spa on Manhattan's Upper East Side.
The spa was amazing it was a great fun experience. They made me feel very welcomed. It was relaxing, soothing and just made me feel refreshed and good afterwards. The employees did a great job, they know what they are doing for sure. I would definitely come back !! I highly recommend this spa, I think everyone should go!
