High price drinks for too long of a wait. Cool place though
What a shame. Although this might be the most awesome view of Downtown Davenport, Up has no idea how to run a bar. We arrived early and were greeted by a hostess that asked if we wanted indoor or outdoor seating. We said outdoors, it was a perfect evening, so she walked us to the entrance of the outdoor patio and she told us to sit anywhere. Ordered shrimp that was covered in so much sugar and such was not appetizing, same for the bruschetta loaded with a ton of sauce the whole thing was a mess.
