UP Propane has continually ignored our request for their help in replacing our boiler due to there negligence. Their Driver was checking the wrong tank and therefore allowed our main tank to run out of gas causing freezing pipes, freezing boiler and freezing hot water heater. They continue to bill us for a tank that we had asked to be removed. Upon contacting them several times, they deny ever getting correspondence from us.
