I’ve been to this salon twice now, and let me start by saying my hair always looks great when I leave. Everyone here is incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes for a really nice experience overall. The first time, I got a curly haircut and a gloss. The cut was good and styled beautifully, but there wasn’t a major change to my hair. It cost around $300, which I expected as a first-time client. I had a great experience during the appointment, getting walked through the process by Mateo; having my hair picked, brushed, cut, washed and styled. However I noticed post-appointment(on 3/1) that my hair was excessively short to which Mateo said it was just the gel+mousse combo. My partner said "it didn't look like a $160 haircut" but I wanted to give Mateo the benefit of the doubt.
