I failed to do this, instead relying on my chiroprator who sent me to this location for imaging after a car accident. Dr. Clifford knew and stated he confirmed with Up & Open that they were an In Network provider for my insurance plan. I asked them when I arrived if they were In Network and was told "yes". Guess what? They were Out of Network, not In Network so they billed me for services that insurance would have paid for if I was at an In Network provider.
