Our experience with Tracy Kahkonen was extremely disappointing. Communication was consistently poor, and response times were slow despite time-sensitive matters requiring attention. We were under contract to purchase a home she had listed, with an accepted offer and a scheduled closing before Christmas. Annie Cranford was superb. Excellent communicator and very efficient. Home sold very quickly and closing went smoothly. She also assisted with move survey when we could not be at the property. Highly recommend.
Marisa was incredible through the entire long purchase agreement process, a savior on a few things going above and beyond. And even after the rollercoaster of lending barriers, finding a last minute electrician, working with my Tribe even. So helpful! She started our little families new journey and started the legacy for my family history and many Emery's after me. Seriously she never gave up, and through many prayers here we are with a lovely home.
