Wonderful experience as a new patient. From setting an appointment through the exam and choosing new glasses, everyone was considerate, welcoming, and took their time. I especially appreciate the detailed eye testing and imaging that is done. Highly recommend Up North Eye Care.
The staff were incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout our entire visit. They were wonderful with kids, and I especially appreciated how they explained each step of the process in a way my son could easily understand. The office itself was beautiful, comfortable, and inviting. Overall, it was a great experience, and we felt well cared for from start to finish.
Dr wally Johnson is worth going to and the place is very nice and clean and I love how there's glasses everywhere for decorations all the decorations is cute
The most kid-friendly eye care center in the Brainerd Lakes area! Everyone was so kind to me and my little one year-old boy! They had a great playroom, and the staff took turns holding him. So grateful to have found this amazing place!
