I called Brandon to schedule an estimate for a job I wanted done on my garage.After the initial conversation whete he assured me that they in fact did do what I wanted, he quoted me a price and we set up a time.That's when everything went to hell!! He never showed up, he wouldn't return my calls however, I did get 2 texts 1.his phone died and he couldn't charge it.2.He was in a class.All I asked was to let me know if he was too busy or if my job wasn't big enough just give me a heads up! I called today and it just so happened that he was down the street in Glenwood. He was here within 5 minutes! He went back to get the spring that was broken and was back in 1 hour. My garage is working perfectly now for an affordable price. Definitely will recommend Brandon to everyone!

The worst ever excepted our money and never showed up with the doors we paid for. Never returned our calls or returned money. We are currently pursuing legal actions against this fraudulent company for theft of services and theft of our money. This young man needs better guidance then this. Please stay AWAY from up and down doors.

I got a quote on a Thursday and was told they would install Friday the 6th. I got excuses up until Tuesday evening the 10th when they finally showed. They finished installing late so I was told they would come back for the old door, rails and things the next morning. I have been calling and texting every since then and it's the 22nd. I had an inspection and failed due to debris. I have hired someone else to come get the old door & stuff left behind. Don't take a job if you're not capable!
