I had an appointment for MRI imaging. I was scheduled to check in at noon and my appointment was for 12:30. At 1 o’clock I went to ask when I would be seen, as I am missing work for this. My imaging only took 15 minutes and I didn’t get to leave the hospital until 1:45. I realize this is not staff’s fault. Staff was very efficient once I was called back. I realize they are understaffed.. Perhaps the hospital should do more to keep their staff or to get more staff such as pay and benefits. I’ve also placed multiple calls to ... read more

Was told to arrive for my colonoscopy at 7:15 am. At 10:15 am I asked how much longer. I was told they didn't know but there was still another patient ahead of me so it would be at least another hour. I told them to pull my IV and I walked out.

Useless, granddaughter got in at 11 a m. Still sitting at 4:22. Wouldn't bring my enemies there

I felt the doctors and staff at the ER were very hostile toward patients. Not only was there a complete lack of empathy, THEY DIDN"T CARE and were hostile to the pain I was in. It was obviously an inconvenience. The female doctor should get a vacation or another profession. I have never written such a review. I am not old nor am I young. I don't EVER expect to be treated with hostility in an ER. I have seen better treatment in 3rd world countries. I was never rude and always appreciative but in extreme pain. I would... read more
