Some of the cleaners with this service may be great, but unfortunately my experience was terrible. The estimates that they give are innacurate and when my final invoice came, I was charged for more 9 hours even though the cleaner was only there for less than 5. When I reached out to customer service they gave me some excuse about flate rates, even though it says nothing about that on the site and the invoice breaks it down in cost per hour. Excellent. We were able to schedule with the Philadelphia branch soon after I asked, and the two cleaners were friendly and did a wonderful job. No complaints at all. The house looks great!

Good quality! Maria worked with me for severals days helping me develop a cleaning schedule. The first clean was amazing and well needed, it included a deep clean that you must pay for.. and it is well worth it~ I will be continuing to do business with Up & Go
Have had women from this organization come 4 times to clean my apartment. They work hard. They work smart, and my apartment is sparkling after they've been here.
