I have an invoice from this outfit that says UP & Fix fireplace which is the name I contacted for fireplace repair.. From first contact through never fixing the problem, Ben had no idea of what he was doing. We were charged $1484.00 and still did not have a working fireplace. Since then, we've learned he put in a part for propane, we have gas, plus several other mistakes on his part. He agreed to refund us at least part of this cost. First we got the run around for a few weeks. Then we were ghosted entirely.
