DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Several thousands into a commercial door repair, door is stuck up again for the 3rd TIME! Was promised tech would be out yesterday and never showed, then was promised today, never showed again. Terrible customer service. Find an actual local licensed company that doesn't send unskilled workers.

Up & Down garage door services was very responsive and prompt with responding to my call. John was very informative and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. The work was done in a timely manner and the cost was the most reasonable of other prices we received. Great service and amazing job!
