Could not be happier!!!...Outstanding service, I called them in the morning and was greeted by a very pleasant woman who was more than helpful...told me they would send someone over by 1 to 3 pm...to my surprise the technician Seth was at my door at 12:35pm. He fixed my problem in 30 minutes, which I had already spent 5 hours trying to do...Seth is truly an asset to your company and I will recommend to all...THANKS AND CHEERS
I am very pleased with the amazing work Up & Down Garage Doors did replacing my old door. They worked with me on my budget. Their install finished clean and totally transformed the look and feel of my garage. The new door is quiet. The windows let in plenty of light without letting anyone peer into my garage. The garage is no longer cold all the time. The product and professionalism of Up & Down is top notch.
Can't say enough good things about this company. They are fair, honest and on the ball. Art came by and inspected my issues with my door, told me what I was up against and then within days he had Aaron at my property fixing everything I had screwed up. That being said...all you handy homeowners out there! Not all garage doors are created equal. Call Up and Down and get them out to your home to handle it for you. It will save you time, money and the head ache.
Up and Down Garage Doors were terrific when they helped us design and then installed new double garage doors for our home. Very nice guys, hard working, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended
