I have made many purchases from Up Country. I have a 12 mo seasonal collection of collars & leashes. My dog, Henry is now 10 1/2 years old. The first things I bought still look as nice as when they arrived. I also love the name tags made of stainless steel with the reverse side having a dog themed shape (bone, Dog dish, fire hydrant, etc) the are outlined with excellent enamel in many colors.
They have the largest assortment of collars, especially for small dogs.
I absolutely love our Up Country collars, harnesses and leashes. The beautiful patterns and colors look awesome on my pups. The products are made so well and the brass fittings are perfect. I toss my pup's collars and harnesses right in the washing machine when they get soiled and they come out like new. These collars and leashes last a very long time and are worth every penny as they are such an awesome product!
I bought a leash and two dog tag holders this summer. One of the dog tag holders was defective. You guys were great and sent me out a new one, along with a little gift. Great customer service and unique products
Just my opinion… I think you are missing out on lots of sales by limiting your selection of teacup collars online and with retailers. I can't tell you how many times I've gone to your site, picked out what I want, and never called in my order. It's just not easy enough. I am an online shopper and would like much more variety for my little dogs. I've also gone to online retailers, and the selection is just as bad if not worse. Just one opinion.
