I ordered online 8 days ago, and the only communication I had was confirmation of the order and charge.Still no shipping date and still no collar and leash.

5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Up Country are absolutely the best dog collars made. We’ve been using them for years. Great quality and also comfortable material for our dogs. I highly recommend Up Country. Here’s my boy Hunter in one of my favorite collars.
This place is amazing with a variety to choice from!! The staff is great and was so helpful fitting my baby for his new collar and leash!! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing product for their fur babies.
Customer for 7 years, and I will no longer be using their products moving forward or recommending them further. They say their goal is “complete customer satisfaction”. I reached out to them on 2 separate occasions & no response. Be careful when purchasing their products off their website.

I have multiple Up Country collars, and I have not been disappointed with a single one. The quality is above and beyond. I never worry about breakage or tearing. These collars are really tough. My Jack Russell looks so stylish in each one.
