We had a time limit to get an inspection done and Ben stepped up and completed in less than a week. Inspection and report was thorough. Ben communicated professionally his findings and observations about the condition of the home and whether the repairs were detrimental to the condition of the home as found. Ben was so wonderful to have for our inspection. He answered every single question we threw at him with patience and understanding as we are young first time homeowners. His visit was extremely educational for us and left us feeling so much better about our decision in our home. His communication was fantastic throughout the scheduling process and full inspection, and though I hope we stay in this home indefinitely, I know if we ever need to upgrade Ben will be the first person I call.
