Quick, professional and great to work with. I needed an inspection on a commercial property and found am lucky to have found Ben! I was out of state during the inspection but he made the process easy and worked with my real estate agent and the seller to make sure everything was taken care of within our contingency period. Would gladly use again!
Ben was responsive to emails, texts and scheduling. We had to reschedule 3 times due to sellers issues. Ben walked me through the inspection which was very thorough. I would recommend Ben to anyone.
