Ben was great! I had an inspection scheduled with him and then the sellers unexpectedly changed their timeline and told me to cancel it. He made time to do the inspection the next day and get the report to me that night so I could make an informed decision. He really went above and beyond!
Ben was easy to find online when looking for a home inspector and already had great reviews. He was able to schedule an inspection for when I needed right away. I was able to walk through the inspection with him and got detailed information in real time. He was able to get the final inspection report to me within 48 hours. The report was very detailed including pictures and easy to follow. I would highly recommend Ben for any home inspection.
