Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It is more than a store for running shoes or gear. It is a place where you can meet runners, not only with the staff, but the runners that gather there. Up and Running is awesome! Recommended 100%!!!
Love this place! They've a nice variety of items and the staff is out of this world. Would like them to carry more compression socks... Some CEP or Zoots in my size. I've only seen 2XU and I'm not a fan of those. Still... Lots of great shoes, running socks, nutrition, clothes, and stickers/magnets, plus lots of info on local races. I'm a fan:)

I went to the east side location to buy shoes. They sized me with a pair that fit so well I ran a half marathon 5 days later with no issues. They were very knowledgeable and professional.
