Up 2 Code Roofing did a great job inspecting the roofs at some properties I manage in Panama City and Panama City Beach. Their communication was excellent---they kept me informed of the inspection schedule, contacted me with any questions while on-site and let me know when each inspection was complete. 4 years ago I hired Up 2 Code Roofing to replace my aging roof. Last week my roof was attack by a pair of raccoons who were looking for an attic to raise their as yet unborn young. Donnie and his son Barry were on the job immediately. They didn’t have a spare crew for the job so they did the repair themselves. They gave me some flashing I could use to prevent the raccoons’ access to my roof that night and I put out a live trap to see if I could move them out to the Eglin reservation. The guy who answered my call was super friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain technicality to me and was very genuine. Estimated price for the service I was requesting was very reasonable. This is during the holidays and he was very willing to help me.
Up 2 Code Roofing company did an excellent job installing my new roof. They were there before the sun came up and did not leave until it was too dark to work. They had the old roof removed in one day and the new one installed in two days including new sky lights and a protective layer to protect from water and ice. The recommended color by the owner turned out to perfectly match the color of the brick and trim of the house.
Before getting a new roof, I did a lot of research on the internet and received estimates from several companies. I chose Up2Code based upon the product, input from customers and, finally, my own perception of their honesty and ethics. I have been very pleased.
