I set up an appointment here several months in advance. Their office called a week before the appointment and said they were canceling it because the Dr. would be out of the office. They left a message rescheduling me at a different time with another Dr. and said something to the effect of "if that time no longer works for you let us know, otherwise see you then." No longer works? You changed the time!
