Very rude workers
I have been with UofM for 30 years of Type 1 diabetes management. I have been at this location specifically since 2009. Never had issues until this year when I needed help getting insulin, my pump renewed, or refills sent. From the managers Alexandra and Deiandra , the diabetes educator Lisa, to the back staff Shannen and Marie, all horrible and super unhelpful. They actively ignore messages, fax request for needed paperwork, and refuse to help facilitate refills with pharmacies. They don’t care about patients or helping the... read more
Very neat architecture, designed by Frank Loyd Wright. Built in 1985 by Tom Monaghan, the Pizza King, it is still fresh 40 years later. It is well maintained, lots of glass and beautiful landscape. The only thing lacking is a shuttle from the parking lot to the lobbies. Some of the entrances are easily 100 feet from the nearest Handicap parking place and all up hill. Also, the floors are designated European style, that is you enter on the second level.
