Seem to have very loose medical billing. I know what the copay is supposed to be, but EVERY visit they charge something different. Mind you, labs have never been done either. And that's *IF* the Dr shows up. If he's not there, or running late, the patient's are expected to suck it up. But if the patient is 5 minutes late, they very well may refuse to see you. Very disappointing
My primary care doctor sent many referrals over the course of two months have not heard back from uofl at all. Called several times only to be told I cannot make an appointment without a referral. Unhelpful rude office staff clearly no care for the patient. Avoid this place at all cost if you need any mental health care. Same for uofl peace hospital I left more traumatized than when I arrived.
They no longer care about treating patients.
I love Dr.G she is amazing but every time I call for help I am treated very rudely. I dread calling to request my med refills the staff are very hateful and rude!!!
I have been a patient here since August of 2022. I will give a quick synopsis of my overall experience here. The staff are friendly and efficient. The portal where you request medications / ask Dr questions is janky and my Dr will go days without a reply. Even when a patient is out of medication. There is poor communication between the patients concern and the doctor who receives it whether from office staff or the messages.
