Doctors were extremely rude and they only went based off what another hospital had noted (incorrectly) then proceeded to tell my mom to give me tough love and the other basically called me a brat...not very professional of him at all so yeah here's a one star I hope when people need help they actually get it not just slapped on a diagnosis when I already had a diagnosis from my REAL psychiatrist that knows me!
Seem to have very loose medical billing. I know what the copay is supposed to be, but EVERY visit they charge something different. Mind you, labs have never been done either. And that's *IF* the Dr shows up. If he's not there, or running late, the patient's are expected to suck it up. But if the patient is 5 minutes late, they very well may refuse to see you. Very disappointing
My primary care doctor sent many referrals over the course of two months have not heard back from uofl at all. Called several times only to be told I cannot make an appointment without a referral. Unhelpful rude office staff clearly no care for the patient. Avoid this place at all cost if you need any mental health care. Same for uofl peace hospital I left more traumatized than when I arrived.
They no longer care about treating patients.
I love Dr.G she is amazing but every time I call for help I am treated very rudely. I dread calling to request my med refills the staff are very hateful and rude!!!
