I love Dr.G she is amazing but every time I call for help I am treated very rudely. I dread calling to request my med refills the staff are very hateful and rude!!!

I have been a patient here since August of 2022. I will give a quick synopsis of my overall experience here. The staff are friendly and efficient. The portal where you request medications / ask Dr questions is janky and my Dr will go days without a reply. Even when a patient is out of medication. There is poor communication between the patients concern and the doctor who receives it whether from office staff or the messages. Christine Schupp NP. I needed a new psychiatrist. My primary care referred me to U of L and Schupp. It was horrible. First time see her and there was no personality at all. Face never cracked. She never actually spoke to me or looked at me. She asked questions from her computer and it was awful. I understand about the almighty dollar and insurance and hurry up. If you want to feel like cattle herding, make an appointment with her. If you really need mental help, look somewhere else.
