There's a reason this place has 1 star. Dr. Sreedevi Pallath Harshakumar seems to not know her head from her thumb, extremely condescending and passive aggressive. Go to Norton, or any other UofL Primary office, save yourself the hassle.
Tried to establish care with a Primary Care Physician, gave them my insurance card (BCBS) and they proceeded to set me up as self pay without telling me and now I’m stuck with a $700 bill for a routine exam. Insurance says they set me up as out of network, and when I called their billing department all they would do is send me a financial aid application. No wonder there was no wait….
