Have been waiting to be scheduled for a procedure since July 29. Surgery scheduling will not return calls. Have left a message at least 3 times a week. You can’t leave a message though until you have been on hold for 10 minutes. Also, you have to call in to get your medication refilled. Have been waiting over a week, No refill at pharmacy, won’t return a call after leaving messages. My pharmacy has even requested refill renewals with no response. I've never in my life been so disrespected by a Dr. In my life. My father has cancer and he came in the room so dismissive and disrespectful. I was asking where is the professionalism and he said huh. I said im not talking to you my dad is here not me, he proceeded to look in his computer I said wow and he ended our appointment. Just because it's a pain management doesn't mean you can treat people any kind of way. We were here for 2hrs to be put out.

Absolutely disappointed! My first visit was Dec 4th 2024 I checked in at the appropriate time and wasn’t seen until 3 HOURS LATER. Dr Requested for me to have a mri done was told I would receive a call to be scheduled. 2 weeks passed and I wasn’t contacted so I called the office to see what was going on and whomever was in charge of putting the referral through didn’t which cause me to have to wait an additional week to get an appointment. After my 3rd stroke Dr Bautista seem me in the hospital and I've been his patient for 3 years now. Was recently hospitalized for a month when my lungs just stopped breathing. Sent home with 3 days worth of meds and now this office will not call in my meds or return any of my calls. I didn't do anything wrong that I'm aware of and haven't since going to this Dr. I'm honestly aftershave afraid i might have another stroke from being without my pain meds
