Told to arrive at 11:10 am for an 11:30 am appointment. It’s now 12:10 pm still waiting to be seen. Need to get their act together. If you feel your time is just as valuable as the doctors and nurse practitioner this isn’t the place for you unless you get the first appointment of the day. Scheduling issues out the wazzoo.
I was referred to this location for a colonoscopy screening. I called to schedule an appointment, but was told someone would need to call me back. I missed their return call, and called them back again only to be told again that someone would need to call me back. We repeated this process about three more times, and then my referral expired and I received a letter from the center saying they had attempted to contact me but that I had never called them back.
