As a new mom I let a doctor freak me out that my daughter could have a dislocated hip because she had a leg roll that "looked different" on one side. it was absolutely unnecessary and filled me with fear for no reason. Also their billing office is a bunch of bullies that don't work with patients at all. I got sent to collections because I paid $30 instead of $50. The wait time is RIDICULOUS . How do you schedule an appointment , get there BEFORE HAND , sign in , wait 15 minutes just to get called to verify information , and then wait another 40 just to be called back .
They gave my son a vaccination at his 12 month appointment, that in the paperwork they provided said, "should not be given to anyone under the age of 2" Do not trust them with your child!
I always am here for hours on end it completely ridiculous
They had to have 3 doctors to determine my son DIDNT have jaundice . he was just dark like his dad. Had told me their scales might of been off when they weighted him & he was 8.4 ....had him weighted at wic the day before& he was 8.15 . they are rude also when it comes to breastfeeding. They pushed me into supplementing with formula when I didn't want him on formula at all . in 2008 with my first son . they had me wait 2 hrs after my appt was scheduled for 3:15 I was there till after 5 before we seen anyone.... he fell aslee... read more
I have brought my daughter here, since a newborn and I have to say that I LOVE it! By far the best place for the kiddos !
I absolutely love my daughter doctor, he's nice and caring and listens to everything I say and he always has an answer. And always take care of my worries about my daughter when I come to the office. I definitely recommend him, Dr. Andrew Winslow.
