Great Staff
The doctor and nurses we saw great at catering to children. They go the extra mile to make children comfortable and what is generally an uncomfortable situation. Parking was easy. I highly recommend this place.
I am very disappointed with the lack of continuity of care my child has received. His appointments have been rescheduled multiple times without a phone call to me, despite him being nonverbal and currently undergoing medication changes. It feels like his needs continue to be overlooked. I've also sent an email to Norton's community engagement and requested a call from the Director, Christina, early last week and have not received a response from her.
