I want to command Griselda, who works in medical records at our Lady of peace Hospital. My dear friend has been going through major stress, trying to help her son who was incarcerated for a drug offense and recently released to get signed up for his treatment program ASAP as required by the court. At first, she was told that it would take two weeks to release the document, but Griselda was able to obtain the records and arranged for them to be released within 24 hours. I don't see how anyone gets any healing help. To be isolated in a room, no stimulation, just 4 blank walls, how does that help?
My son was admitted to UofL Health Peace Hospital on Wednesday night. I was finally informed yesterday morning (Saturday) that family was placed on his call list with no restrictions. However, he has not called anyone in the family in 4 days, and anytime we have called the hospital, we have been informed that we must have an access code to speak to him, an access code that they failed to provide.
