My hand was forced to visit the ER due to someone plowing into the rear-end of my small truck, while I and several vehicles in front of me waited at a red light on Preston during rush hour. This ER was the closest and my first time at this location. It turned out to be a waiste of time that over charged for just that. Everyone from the front desk in the emergency room, triage, my nurse, Dr's and CT scan were kind, helpful and compassionate.

If I could post a zero star I would. Have signs of heart attack and they discharge me from here to go see a specialist that I can not see due to not having a primary care doctor. Called them just to be told they could do nothing for me! This place is garbage and do not care about emergency health. Save yourself the trouble and go see real physicians!

This happened on a busy Friday night, just before a big snow storm, but our nurse, Kevin, was wonderful. He was patient and kind and took time with me. The doctor was a blur. He came in and spoke so fast, I could barely understand. But the nurse was nice enough to repeat everything and make sure I had the information I needed.
