Took good care of me during my many visits to the ER
This happened on a busy Friday night, just before a big snow storm, but our nurse, Kevin, was wonderful. He was patient and kind and took time with me. The doctor was a blur. He came in and spoke so fast, I could barely understand. But the nurse was nice enough to repeat everything and make sure I had the information I needed.
I was just seen by the ER staff for a very frightening occurrence. From the EMTs , to the nurses and doctors that provided my care it was top notch. Very thorough and answered every question we had. Would highly recommend.
Was in immense pain because of kidney stone, left untreated for nearly 2 hours. Labeled at priority, although treated like I wasn’t in pain. Left for other emergency room.
