The absolute worst hospital in the Louisville, if i was U OF L hospitals I would be absolutely embarrassed to have my name associated with these people. If you come in here dying, you’ll die in the waiting room because they truly have no sense of urgency or care. I arrived at around 5AM and didn’t leave til almost noon! I came in with chest pains, and I was sick. There was no urgency off that. They will do everything they can to not put you into a room. Worst experience I’ve had at a hospital. I couldn’t have felt like they wouldn’t have cared if you would have been dying. I had to remind them and tell them certain things to to do to help my case. I was ignored. Treated like crap. Throwing up all over the place asking for a bag and was told I had to wait. In pain, not heard at all. I watched them treat others as if their issues didn’t matter as well. They were forgetful and careless. Do not go here. Just risk making it downtown or to main hospitals .
Dr Solanki and his team of office staff (Mary) are THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Louisville is so lucky to have him, and patients are blessed he is in this area! If you have POTS or any diseases that affect the cardiac system, go see him. He literally gave me my life back. His nurse Mary, goes above and beyond to help the doctor, and his patients. He is knowledgeable and compassionate. He listens to the patients and addresses every concern. I honestly had given up. But he knew exactly what treatment I needed. Thank you Dr. Solanki.
