The rehab therapists are excellent at this facility, especially Rachel S., Hannah and Amy! I want to also give a shout out to Tremaine Stewart, RN. Tremaine was my nurse during the day for the majority of my stay. She is undoubtedly the most caring, compassionate and kind person and nurse, I have ever met in my life. The nursing field is definitely where she belongs and Frazier (Brownsboro) is lucky to have her on staff! Thanks to everyone there that helped make my stroke recovery easier to maneuver through.

Everyone was just so amazing and therapy was great. I can’t even say anything bad about this place it just does wonders, everyone was so so kind and thoughtful. When I came here I was not doing well at all but I’m leaving here better and with just a whole new better wya of life

From my wife Marilyn: The Speech, Occupational and Physical therapists were excellent and helped me improve a lot. I especially enjoyed planting flowers in the raised bed garden. Housekeeping did a wonderful job, and Maria touched my heart in prayer and love for Jesus. The nurses were wonderful in their work and helped me a lot. Henry is a special caregiver as a nurse. To all the staff that helped me during my recovery, THANK YOU.

The staff has been wonderful and everyone has just been so kind and thoughtful. I can’t think of anything negative because I am just so thankful. The food here was fire too, the kitchen was great!
