I found Lori exactly when I needed to. She helps me shift through difficult experiences and patterns that limit my adult life. Talk therapy has always been hit or miss for me. Lori has a wonderful, calming presence and is extremely skilled at what she does. I leave feeling more relaxed and comfortable after each session. She always has helpful suggestions and tips on how to maintain gains between visits, which is so helpful when life and schedules get in the way of returning as often as I'd like. 5 stars!
In my experience, Lori has the rare ability to address physical issues with technical skill and an experienced hand, while also gently providing the space, perspective, and peacefulness necessary to explore and address emotional trauma trapped in the body. It took some time for me to enter into this space of healing—where I was ready to encounter and deal with these deeper issues. But as I became more able to give myself to this endeavor of self-love, with Lori’s guidance and support I have experienced wonderful healing.
